Grand Admiral Thrawn (real name Mitth'raw'nuruodo) is a character from the Star Wars Expanded Universe, both new canon and Legends. I mainly play new canon Thrawn, but if you'd like him in Legends flavor, I can do that too.
Thrawn's a Chiss who climbed his way up the ranks in the Imperial navy, eventually becoming Grand Admiral. He's a brilliant military tactician, able to find out a lot of information on someone by looking at various clues and piece together plans to get things done in ways that are smart and efficient. He's also an art lover and collector, and looking at a person or species' art can give him a lot of information on someone or something.

Backtagging: Sure. If you don't reply after while, even if it's been months, I might still be willing to pick threads back up. Likewise, there might be times when real life gets in the way and I might take a break for a few days.
Thread dropping: Possible
Format: Prose preferred. Willing to do brackets.
Threadjacking: Ask first
Fourthwalling: No thanks
Canon Puncture: If it suits the thread

Crosscanon and AU: Go for it. I absolutely love crosscanon, and if there's an AU that sounds like fun, throw it at me.
Romance: Honestly, any romance that happens would need a shitton of CR first, and would most likely be a slow burn romance. Preference for shipping is M/M.
However, I am willing to jump right into romance in the case of Eli Vanto, because Thrawn/Eli is one of my OTPs. So if you have an Eli Vanto, please feel free to toss him at Thrawn for immediate shipping stuff.
Hugging: Your character can try, but he might take great offense. He won't reciprocate unless he's in a relationship with someone.
Kissing: He'll only allow kissing if he has feelings for someone. To do otherwise will get you very hurt.
Flirting: You may attempt to flirt with him, but chances are it's going to go right over his head. If the character is in a relationship with Thrawn while flirting, he might appreciate it.
Smut: I am comfortable playing out smut. Note that he doesn't do casual sex.
Mutilating: No thanks.
Killing: No thanks.
Mind Reading: In the case of Force Sensitives, it might be difficult to get a reading on him because Chiss pride themselves over keeping their emotions in check. In the case of more "traditional" mind readers, feel free to PM me about what kind of reading one might get off him.
